Barre-  high-energy, low-impact workout blending ballet, Pilates, yoga, and
strength training to sculpt muscles through small, isometric movements and high
repetitions. A 45 minute class will target the core, arms, glutes, and thighs to improve
posture, flexibility, balance and muscle definition without heavy, high-impact movements.

Minimum of 3 and maximum of 7 participants for this 4 week program.
